Future breaks selector Johan Soh managed to get himself snowed in on his way to Breakspoll. Thankfully some of the sets from the night have started surfacing online and among his favourites so far is Texan breaks act Left/Right

There I was at the airport all excited about going to Breakspoll, the international breakbeat awards at London's Fabric last month; looking forward to sharing the green room with mates who were nominated in various categories; looking forward to meeting up with friends and random people at the club and catching the most condensed night of breaks known to man. Then it started snowing. Then they shut the airport where I live in Sweden. Then they shuttled us to our second airport. Then they shut the second airport ... to cut a long story short, no Breakspoll for me.

That also meant missing out on what I understand was one of the most musically interesting events in years. Thankfully the wonders of modern technology allow us to relive these moments again and again.
